On 28 July 1832 Susanah received 174 acres of land which originally belonged to Joel Campbell, her husband's father, as the result of a suit by Wiley, one of Lewis's brothers.

     Catlett Campbell was born in 1792 in Amherst County, Virginia. He was the son of Joel Campbell and Nancy Elizabeth Mills. Catlett Campbell married Nancy Cashwell, daughter of William Cashwell and Betsey Penn, on 28 October 1811 in Nelson County, Virginia. In 1832, as the result of a suit of Wiley Campbell versus Catlett Campbell, 464 acres of Joel Campbell's land was surveyed. On 28 July 1832 190 acres of the land went to Nancy Campbell, wife of Catlett Campbell and 174 acres of the land went to Susannah Campbell, wife of Lewis Campbell.

Catlett Campbell died on 20 May 1866 in Amherst County, Virginia.

Nancy Cashwell married Catlett Campbell, son of Joel Campbell and Nancy Elizabeth Mills, on 28 October 1811 in Nelson County, Virginia. On 28 July 1832 Nancy received 190 acres of land which originally belonged to Joel Campbell, her husband's father, as the result of a suit by Wiley, one of Catlett's brothers.

     Cornelius Campbell was born in 1782 in Amherst County, Virginia. He was the son of Joel Campbell and Nancy Elizabeth Mills. Cornelius Campbell married Nancy Lively on 18 October 1802 in Amherst County, Virginia.

     Mildred Campbell was born in 1784 in Virginia the son of William Dinwiddie and Frances Hunter. She was the daughter of Joel Campbell and Nancy Elizabeth Mills. As of 1785, Mildred Campbell also went by the name of Millie. She married John Dinwiddie on 1 May 1809 in Amherst County, Virginia.

     John Dinwiddie was born circa 1792 in Campbell County, Virginia. He married Mildred Campbell, daughter of Joel Campbell and Nancy Elizabeth Mills, on 1 May 1809 in Amherst County, Virginia. In 1850 John and Mildred’s farm in Campbell County included 200 acres of improved land, and 587 acres of unimproved land which was valued at $2091. There was also $150 worth of farming implements and machinery on the farm. Livestock included five horses, four milk cows, four working oxen, and eleven other cattle. There were also 13 sheep and 45 swine which were valued at $565. In 1850 the farm produced 120 bushels of wheat, 535 bushels of Indian corn, and 800 bushels of oats. There was also 8,000 pounds of tobacco produced during the year.

Rosa Jane Thornton was widowed with the death of Abel Cottrell on 8 July 1852 in Lewis county, Missouri. Rosa Jane Thornton was buried after 1860 in Cottrell Cemetery, Lewis county, Missouri.
