She had been arrainging flowers for the past 35 years and had served as a judge in several national flower shows.

Novice was a long time member of the State Street Methodist Church. She also belonged to Eastern Star No. 128, the Bowling Green Garden Club, and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a charter member of the KJentucky Daffodil Society, he Warren County Garden Club, and the Warren County Homemakers Association. She was the first district director of the Garden Clubs of Kentucky and was a Kentucky Colonel.

Novice C (Madison) Robinson died on 11 March 1984 in Medical Center, Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, at age 92 at 2:15 in the afterenoon following a brief illness.      William Gray Robinson was born on 20 April 1916 in Warren County, Kentucky. He was the son of Lonnie Robert Robinson and Novice Camilla Madison. As of 1920, William Gray Robinson also went by the name of Billy. He was described as 74 inches tall and weighing 155 pounds in January 1941.

William Gray Robinson began military service on 17 January 1941 in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, as a Sergeant in the National Guard. In January 1941 Billy had finished 4 years of college, was still single, and was working either as an entertainer or in the motion picture industry. He married Marie Catherine Brown after 1941.

Billy was a maintenance worker with the Kentucky State Highway Department and was a World War II Army Veteran. He was a longtime Methodist and a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreigh Wars Post 1298 and the Elks Lodge. He had attended Western Kentucky University where he belowned to the "W" Club.
