Elizabeth O (Coleman) Lively married William Franklin Penner, son of Peter Penner and Margaret Elizabeth Alford, on 10 March 1880 in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky. According to the 1910 census Elizabeth was the mother of three children with only one, Anna L Lively, still living. The third child never appears on any census with Elizabeth. Elizabeth served as the president of the Woman's Missionary Society of the Ray's Branch Methodist Church. Her cause of death was Bright's Disease.

Elizabeth O (Lively) Penner died on 17 January 1917 in Warren County, Kentucky, at age 77 in the evening at 9:23 at the home of her daughter on the Richardsville Road. Funeral services were held on 19 January 1917 in Ray's Branch Methodist Episcopal Church, Warren County, Kentucky, at 11:30 in the morning with Rev. B.S. Harper officiating and Rev. B.F. Copas assisting. She was buried in Fairview Cemetery, Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, in Cemetery 1, Section C, Site C240.

Francis Wade died in 1935 in Illinois. She was buried in Brown Cemetery, Chambersburg, Pike County, Illinois, Frank died three years later in 1938 and was also buried in Brown Cemetery.
