Ann Blalock

F, b. 4 October 1801, d. 12 May 1862
     Ann Blalock was born on 4 October 1801. She married Thomas Florence, son of John Florence and Jane Jenny Lashbrook, on 15 October 1829. Thomas and Ann had six children including Stern Florence who was born on 26 July 1832; Ann Florence who was born on 18 January 1834; Frances Florence who was born on 8 December 1835; La Fayette Florence who was born on 29 August 1837; Ezekiel Florence who was born on 24 May 1839; and Josephine Florence who was born on 17 July 1842.

Ann Blalock died on 12 May 1862 at age 60.

John Winslow Parker

     John Winslow Parker was born on 22 March 1778 in Mason County, Kentucky. He married Melinda Lashbrooke, daughter of John J Lashbrooke and Leannah Leary Lee, on 28 January 1812 in Mason County, Kentucky. John and Melinda had at least nine children including Leannah Parker, Nancy Dudley Parker, Mary Winslow Parker, John L. Parker, Peter Lee Parkerr, William B. Parker, Elizabeth Jane Parker, and Martha Agnes Parker.

John Winslow Parker died on 27 February 1837 in Jeffereson County, Kentucky, at age 58. He was buried in Maysville Cemetery, Maysville, Mason County, Kentucky.

After the death of his first wife Mary, William married Hucuba Wise on 24 April 1878. William and Hucuba had at least two children including George Edward Seddan and Mary Seddan.

Beauchamp, and Commodore Perry Beauchamp.

Isaac Perry Beauchamp died on 21 September 1896 in Seneca, Newton County, Missouri, at age 80. He was buried in Seneca Cemetery, Newton County, Missouri.

He was born around 1826 in Indiana and served in the Civil wAr as a Private inCompany G of the Indiana 49th Infantry Regiment. Elizabeth and Nathan had at least one child named Jeremiah A. Dixon.

     Solomon Lashbrooks was born circa 1819 in Orange County, Indiana. He was the son of John Lashbrooks and Easther Hetty Hopkins. He married Caroline Marie Kerb on 14 June 1842 in Dubois County, Indiana. She was born around 1827 in Orange county and was the daughter of Richard L. Kerb and Nancy Jane Dea. In 1902 an article published in a nearby newspaper indicated that oil was running out of the ground with water on Solomon’s farm which was located three miles south of French Lick. It said the oil floats on the water and burns like coal oil and that it appeared in the fall after a hard rain. According to census records Solomon and Caroline had at least six children including Rebecca Ann Lashbrook, Nancy Jane Lashbrook, Hester A. Lashbrook, Mary Ann Lashbrook, William R. Lashbrook, and John David Lashbrooks.

Charles E. Chissom

Charles and Viola were divorced by 1910. They had three children including Ophelia Chissom, Jane Cleveland Chissom, and Henry L. Chissom.

Charles E. Chissom died on 15 September 1929 in Benton, Yates County, New York, at age 70. He was buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Penn Yan, Yates County, New York.

Sarah Florence Jones

     Sarah Florence Jones was born on 20 April 1827 in Tennessee. She married Elisha L Lashbrook, son of George Lashbrook and Sarah Sally Allender. Elisha and Sarah had at least nine children including Enoch Elisha Lashbrook, Avarilla Lashbrook, George W. Lashbrook, Martha Hannah Lashbrook, Frances Marion Lashbrook, Isaac Newton Lashbrook, Margaret Maria Lashbrook, Mary Elizabeth Lashbrook, and Sarah Florence Lashbrook. By 1849 Elisha and Sarah had moved to Burnet County, Texas and lived on a farm that contained 352 acres of improved land and 345 acres of unimproved land. The total value of the farm was $960 including the land and it contained $125 worth of farming implements and machinery. During 1850 the farm included 14 horses, one mule, 5 milk cows, 8 working oxen, 20 other cattle, 8 sheep, and 70 swine. The total value of all of the livestock was $2,572. The farm produced 30 bushels of wheat and 50 bushels of oats during the year. Family lore was that Elisha disappeared from the records during the Civil War so it is assumed he may have died during the war. Sarah re-married after Elisha’s death on 12 May 1867 in Burnett County, Texas to James Boyc. Sarah died on 9 April 1914 in Texas.

Sarah Florence Jones died on 9 April 1914 in Texas at age 86.

Elbert Thomas Brown

In 1900 Elbert was working as an attendant at the hospital and listed as single. He married Ella S. Griffit between 1900 and 1910. She was born on 23 July 1867 in Kansas and died on 16 April 1928. Elbert was listed as running a boarding house in Kapowsin in Pierce County, Washington in 1910. Ella and Elbert were both buried in Tacoma Cemetery in Tacoma in Pierce County, Washington.
