     Aaron Campbell was born circa 1744 in Scotland. He was the son of Henry Campbell and Margaret Charity Catlett. John likely immigrated to America with his parents around 1746 and then would have probably moved with his parents to Virginia. In his father's will, which was probated on 7 December 1772, Aaron received one hundred acres of land adjoining that of his brother Ambrose. In 1788 he sold all of his household furnishings and fixtures to Lawrence Campbell for 30 pounds to satisfy a dept to Gault and Company in Amherst County, Virginia He was listed on the first census of the United States in 1790 as the head of a family with six white persons and no black members in Amherst County.

Aaron Campbell died after 1790.

     Ambrose Campbell was born in 1740 in Scotland likely in Glasgow. He was the son of Henry Campbell and Margaret Charity Catlett. Ambrose immigrated to America with his parents, likely around 1746. He then moved with his parents to Virginia and eventually settled in Amherst County.

Ambrose Campbell married Margaret Nancy Gillespie before March 1772 in Amherst County, Virginia. In his father's will, which was probated on 7 December 1772, Ambrose received one hundred acres of land adjoining the Glebe, the same land on which his father had been living. The Glebe, also known as Minor Hall, was a church rectory manor built around 1762. It was built by the Reverend Ichabod Camp, the only Anglican minister to serve Amherst Parish and the only Anglican minister to occupy the Glebe while it was owned by Amherst Parish.

Ambrose later fought in the American Revolutionary War as a soldier of the First Rifle Company of Amherst County in 1776. It is believed he was serving under General George Washington and General LaFayette when General Cornwallis surrendered to General Washington at Yorktown on 19 October 1781. He was wounded in action sometime during his service.

According to his will dated in 1811 he left his son Peter Campbell 100 acres of land on which he Peter was living along with half of his orchard. He also left his daughter Lucy Campbell seventy four and three fourth acres of land, part of which was the land on which he was currently living. His will indicated that his remaining estate, after the death of his wife, was to be equally dived between his remaining children including Rachel Innis, Frances Innis, Sally Mills, Tandy Campbell, Elizabeth Mays, and his daughter Polly Pages children.

Ambrose Campbell died on 7 December 1811 in Nelson County, Virginia. He was buried in Nelson County, Virginia, likely in a family cemetery located on the plantation.

Maggie (Holman) Penner and John Wesley Penner lived in April 1940 at Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, on R6.

Maggie Holman left a will on 9 February 1957 at Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, leaving her estate to her husband J.W. Penner and upon his death to her son William H Penner with specific exemptions that she stated were to prevent William's current wife from participating in the estate. She wrote a codicil on 5 August 1960 at Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, revoking that part of Item dealing with a portion of the farm being left to her son William Penner because she had already conveyed the farm to him. She wrote a codicil on 18 July 1961 at Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, revoking the portions of her original will dealing disposition of her estate to her son William Penner. In this codicil her estate is to go to the American National Bank and Trust Company of Bowling Green on the death of her husband and to then be held in trust by the bank for the use and benefit of her son Willie H. Penner for and during his natural life, with the bank paying to her son the net income from her estate only until his death and then to those listed in her original will. At the time of Maggie's death she was the oldest member of the Mount Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church and had a been a life-time member of the Womans Missionary Society.

Maggie (Holman) Penner died on 27 May 1965 in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, at age 81 at a local hospital following a lengthy illness. Funeral services were held on 29 May 1965 in Burgess Moody Funeral Chapel, Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, at 2:00 in the afternoon. She was buried on 29 May 1965 in Mount Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery, Warren County, Kentucky, in Plot 564.

In 1931 Vinson bought a grocery store at 16th Streed and 3rd Avenue in Huntington, West Virginia. It was named Bells Food Market. He and his wife Myrtle owned and operated this food market for over 30 years.

Myrtle Marie (Baldwin) Bell died before 2004.
