     J. Robinson White was born in 1807 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of Thomas White and Mary Bradshaw. J. Robinson White died on 28 December 1843.

     James S. White was born in 1809 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of Thomas White and Mary Bradshaw. James S. White died on 27 April 1845 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was buried at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cabarrus County, North Carolina; grave # RR 12 D 158.

     David Bradshaw White was born on 4 February 1812 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of Thomas White and Mary Bradshaw. He never married. David Bradshaw White died on 29 May 1836 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 24.

     Caleb Newton White was born in 1816 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of Thomas White and Mary Bradshaw. Caleb Newton White served as sheriff of Cabarrus County from 1845 to 1848. Caleb Newton White married Josephine Carlette Brown on 11 August 1846 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Caleb Newton White was a "Negro trader" between 1850 and 1860 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He appeared on the census of 1850 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina; enumerated 25 September. C N White was enumerated as the 34 year old head of household and he owned real estate valued at $2,500. Enumerated in the household were Jos. C. White, a 24 year old female and two female children, Mary R White age three and Emma L White age two. He was widowed with the death of his wife, Josephine Carlette (Brown) White on 6 April 1858. Caleb Newton White signed a bond on 17 October 1858 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, for his marriage to Mary Coleman. Caleb Newton White married Mary Coleman on 19 October 1858. Caleb Newton White and Mary (Coleman) White lived in 1860 at Concord, North Carolina. Caleb Newton White appeared on the census of 1860 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina; enumerated 5 July. Caleb White was enumerated as the 43 year old head of household. He owned real estate valued at $4,426 and personal property valued at $17,700. Other members of the White family were enumerated as Mary age 19, Rose age 13, Emma age 12, Georgia age 8, Josephine age 6, Catherine age 4, Jennie age 2 and one year old Jesse. Also enumerated with the family were Thos P Coleman, a 23 year old physician and Margaret Coleman age 17. In the Civil War Caleb Newton White served as a First Lieuteant, Company B, 20th Regiment, North Carolina Infantry, CSA. He died in February 1893 at Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee.

     Jean White was born at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of Thomas White and Mary Bradshaw. Married Alexander W. Allen and moved to Rutherford County, North Carolina.

     Clarissa White was born in 1819 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of Thomas White and Mary Bradshaw. Married Edmund Cline. They were the parents of two sons, Samuel and Franklin Cline. Clarissa White died on 3 February 1897 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. She was buried at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cabarrus County, North Carolina; grave # RR 5 G 585.

     Mary White was born on 15 June 1775 at Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of John White and Margaret White. Mary White married Joseph Ross on 30 November 1796 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Mary (White) Ross died on 21 February 1837 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 61. She was buried at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cabarrus County, North Carolina; grave # RR 11 D 176. Mary and Joseph were the parents of six children. Only two of their children married. The line ended with the grandchildren.

     Joseph Ross was born on 5 January 1771; Cemetery marker has birth date as 5 January 1785. He married Mary White, daughter of John White and Margaret White, on 30 November 1796 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Joseph Ross died on 11 March 1817 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 46. He was buried at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cabarrus County, North Carolina; grave # RR 11 D 176.

     Archibald White was born in 1777 at Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. He was the son of John White and Margaret White. Archibald White married Margaret White, daughter of Thomas "River Tommy" White and Mary White, on 19 March 1804 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

     Edna Josephine "Joy" Keltner was born on 5 October 1914 at Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois. She was the daughter of Elmer C. Keltner and Minnie Florence Murray. Edna Josephine "Joy" Keltner appeared on the census of 1920 in the household of her father, Elmer C. Keltner at Madison County, Illinois, as age five and had not attended school. Edna Josephine "Joy" Keltner was a Baptist and attended services regularly at First Baptist Church. In February 1924 she was a fourth grade student and was known as "Joy" to her classmates.

Edna Josephine "Joy" Keltner died on 16 February 1924 at Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois, at age 9; at 5:30 a.m. at home. Cause of death was spinal meningitis after being ill for about 10 days. Funeral services were held on 18 February 1924 at First Baptist Church, Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois; with Rev. T.R. Randall officiating. She was buried on 18 February 1924 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois.

     John White was born at North Carolina. He was the son of John White and Margaret White.

     William Shaw White was born in 1781 at Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. He was the son of John White and Margaret White. William Shaw White married Jean Scott on 19 August 1805. William Shaw White died in 1822 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

     Jean Scott was born on 30 January 1784. She married William Shaw White, son of John White and Margaret White, on 19 August 1805. Jean (Scott) White died on 26 July 1861 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 77.

     Mary Scott White was born on 20 June 1806 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of William Shaw White and Jean Scott. Mary Scott White married Aquinas White, son of Joseph Andrew White and Frances "Fannie" Rogers, on 22 July 1826 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Mary Scott (White) White died on 12 August 1834 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 28. She was buried at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cabarrus County, North Carolina; grave # RR 10 C 287.

     John Hampton White was born on 9 April 1808 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of William Shaw White and Jean Scott. John Hampton White married Margaret Query on 21 October 1834 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. John Hampton White was an elder in the Rocky River Presbyterian Church. John Hampton White died on 27 June 1857 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 49. He was buried at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cabarrus County, North Carolina; grave # RR 14 G 49.

     Margaret Query was born on 4 June 1813. She married John Hampton White, son of William Shaw White and Jean Scott, on 21 October 1834 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Margaret (Query) White died on 27 June 1872 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 59.

     Elizabeth Matilda White was born on 4 October 1835 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of John Hampton White and Margaret Query. Elizabeth Matilda White died in 1836.

     Mary Scott White was born on 18 March 1837 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of John Hampton White and Margaret Query. She married Jimmie Allison. Mary Scott White died in 1912.

     William Shaw White was born on 20 July 1839 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of John Hampton White and Margaret Query. William Shaw White died on 30 September 1864 at near Petersburg at age 25; while serving in the Confederate States Army.

     James Query White was born on 4 December 1842 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of John Hampton White and Margaret Query. In the Civil War Query James White served as a Private, Company H, 7th Regiment, North Carolina Infantry, CSA. Married Margaret Hannah Alexander on 23 November 1871 and they were the parents of four children. James Query White died on 18 June 1879 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 36. He was buried at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cabarrus County, North Carolina; grave # RR 15 G 40.

     Alexander Penick White was born on 26 December 1843 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of John Hampton White and Margaret Query. Alexander Penick White died in 1864; while serving in the Confederate States Army.

     John McCamy Wilson White was born on 3 September 1850 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of John Hampton White and Margaret Query. He married Lena Rentz and they were the parents of one child, Pearl White. John McCamy Wilson White died in 1896 at Georgia.

     Robinson Laird White was born on 30 July 1855 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of John Hampton White and Margaret Query. Robinson Laird White died in 1863 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

     Alexander Gilbert "Sandy" White was born on 10 January 1810 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of William Shaw White and Jean Scott. Alexander Gilbert "Sandy" White signed a bond on 4 March 1840 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, for his marriage to Mary Ann Miller, with J W Miller signing as bondsman. Alexander Gilbert "Sandy" White married Mary Ann Miller on 10 March 1840 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Alexander Gilbert "Sandy" White was widowed with the death of his wife, Mary Ann (Miller) White on 12 July 1850.

Females enumerated were Mary A White age 20, Agnes R White age 17, A J White age 15, Ida W White age 12, Bettie White age 8 and E Q White age 6.

Alexander Gilbert "Sandy" White was a farmer in 1880 at Township 11, Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He appeared on the census of 1880 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina; enumerated 4 June. Alexander G White was enumerated as the 70 year old head of household. Sarah E White was enumerated as his 49 year old wife and she was keeping house. Two sons were enumerated as Lindley H age 19 and single and John G age 13. Four daughters were enumerated as Ida W age 21 and single, Lodemia E age 17 and single, Edyty Q age 15 and Jiney C age 10.

He fathered fifteen children, four sons served in the Confederate States Army, two of which died while in service. Researcher's Note: According to the Lore book, Alexander Gilbert White had been an elder of Rocky River Presbyterian Church and later helped to organize the Zion Presbyterian Church. He and other family members were buried in the Zion church cemetery. The Zion church disbanded with the building and grounds being purchased by another denomination.

Alexander Gilbert "Sandy" White died on 16 September 1894 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 84. He was buried at Zion Presbyterian (now Victory Baptist Bible) Church Cemetery, Concord, Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

     Elizabeth White was born on 22 August 1817 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of William Shaw White and Jean Scott. She married James S. Morrison 19 January 1841. Elizabeth White died on 9 May 1882 at age 64.

     James Robinson White was born in 1821 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was the son of William Shaw White and Jean Scott. James Robinson White married Mary N. Query on 4 September 1849 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina; no children were born of this marriage. James Robinson White died in October 1864 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He was buried at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cabarrus County, North Carolina; grave # RR 14 G 48.
