     Martha Jane Tucker was born on 3 October 1851 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina; the daughter of John Franklin Tucker and Martha E (Klutz) Tucker. She married William "Bill" Barringer Black, son of Samuel White Black and Lydia Caroline McEachern, on 29 December 1870 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina; with the ceremony officiated by J M McCurdy. Researcher's Note: Some family trees have a John Black 1871-1876 as the son of William and Martha Black.

Martha Jane (Tucker) Black died on 15 October 1871 at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 20. She was buried at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Midland, Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

Harland Atkins Rosser

     Harland Atkins Rosser was born on 20 March 1917. He married Nora Kathleen (Black) Flowe, daughter of Emmett Clinton Black and Permelia Ann "Annie" Pope.

Harland Atkins Rosser died on 5 September 1994 at age 77. He was buried at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina; sharing a double marker with his first wife Norma.

Mary Ann White appeared on the census of 1910 at Mecklenburg County, North Carolina; enumerated 18 April. Mollie White was enumerated as 59 year old single head of household. She owned her home free of mortgage and was living alone. Mary Ann White never married.

Mary Ann White died on 30 June 1923 at Concord, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at age 73; at 1 pm of a cerebral hemorrhage. She was buried on 1 July 1923 at Oakwood Cemetery, Concord, Cabarrus County, North Carolina; under the direction of Bell and Harris Funeral Home.
