Payne, Minister of the Gospel. Brice Odell Hall was a farmer and traveling collector for the Wrought Iron Range Company in 1910. He appeared on the census of 1910 at Trousdale County, Tennessee; enumerated 19 April. Brice Hall was enumerated as age 34, head of household and a salesman of implements. Lizie was enumerated as his wife, age 27 and the mother of three chidren with two living. Included in the household were two daughters, Sarah Eloise age two and Virginia Elizabeth age ten months. The family was living in a rented house. He and Ophelia Elizabeth (Cunningham) Hall lived in 1911 at Hartsville, Trousdale County, Tennessee.      Thomas Clark Carson was born on 2 April 1823 at Butler County, Kentucky. He was a prosperous farmer at Butler County, Kentucky. Thomas was married twice, and had children from both marriages. He had a son named John M. Carson from his first marriage. Thomas "was elected to the office of County Judge in 1870" and a new courthouse was built during his term of office. He married Martha "Mattie" Melvina Hughes, daughter of John Powell Hughes and Mary "Polly" Freeland, circa 1876. Thomas organized the Morgantown Deposit Bank in 1880 and was the bank president until his death.
