She married Charles Howard Irvine, son of William Drake Irvine and Corilla Parker, in January 1910. Hattie (Simmons) Irvine and Charles Howard Irvine lived in May 1930 at Boyle County, Kentucky, on a farm on the Perryville and Daville Pike. Hannah Simmons was widowed with the death of Charles Howard Irvine on 28 December 1944 in Boyle County, Kentucky.
