He was retired in 1988; with 30 years service in the post office. "Rex became a member of the Queen City Christian Church on October 14, 1999. He worked with the Extension service and was on the board of the Schuyler County Mutual Insurance Co. where he received a plaque for 27 years of service. He was a member of the Queen City Masonic Lodge #380 AF & AM, receiving his fifty year pin September 6, 1990. He was also a member of the Queen City Lion's Club."

     Ora Maurine Knapp was born on 25 September 1912 at Vernon, Wilbarger County, Texas; the daughter of John Marshall Knapp and Ora Jane Adams. She married George McCamey White, son of Edward "Ed" Bennet White and Minnie Mae Crain, on 15 May 1932 at Altus, Jackson County, Oklahoma. Ora Maurine (Knapp) White and George McCamey White were divorced on 14 December 1972 at Wilbarger County, Texas.

Ora Maurine (Knapp) White died on 12 June 1997 at Vernon, Wilbarger County, Texas, at age 84.

     Denver Glenn Ross was born on 29 October 1910. He was the son of Lawrence Mathers Ross and Sarah Ellen Brittain. Denver Glenn Ross married Eunice Lenora Shriver.

Denver Glenn Ross died on 18 November 1944 at Netherlands at age 34. He was killed in action while serving as a private with the 117th Infantry Regiment, 30th Infantry Division, an Army National Guard Unit. He was buried at Netherlands American Cemetery and Memorial, Margraten, Eijsden-Margraten Municipality, Limburg, Netherlands.

Patton Brown Mills and Lou Virginia (White) Mills were divorced on 12 June 1982. Patton Brown Mills died on 16 April 2006 at Bakersfield, Kern County, California, at age 81.
