     Lucilla T Clark was born circa 1851 in Virginia. She married Bernard Brightberry Campbell, son of Lewis Sale Campbell and Eliza Dabney Brown, in 1871.

     Leonidas Bradley Campbell was born on 31 March 1875 in Sandidges, Amherst County, Virginia. He was the son of Bernard Brightberry Campbell and Lucilla T Clark. Leonidas Bradley Campbell married Hortense Thompkins Smith in 1901. Leonidas Bradley Campbell was described as medium height and medium build, with blue eyes and gray hair in September 1918. He registered for the draft for World War I on 12 September 1918, while living at RFD #1, Sandidges, Amherst County, Virginia, reporting he was employed as a farmer. He and Hortense Thompkins (Smith) Campbell lived in January 1920 at Creek Road on a farm, Amherst County, Virginia.

Leonidas Bradley Campbell died on 19 February 1949 in Sandidges, Amherst County, Virginia, at age 73. His cause of death was heart disease. He was buried on 21 February 1949 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Amherst County, Virginia.

     Nellye Lou Campbell was born on 30 July 1879 in Amherst County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Bernard Brightberry Campbell and Lucilla T Clark. Nellye Lou Campbell married Forest Bascom Sandige on 24 May 1905 in Amherst County, Virginia, at the home of Nelley. They were married at the home of the bride and due to the recent death of her father only immediate relatives were present. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. T.H. Campbell of Louisa County who was Nelley's uncle. The best man was B.B. Sandidge who was the brother of Forest. A dinner at the home of the bride followed the ceremony. Following the dinner Nelley and Forest left on the northbound train Number 50 for a trip to Washing, Baltimore and other locations. Forest and Nellye had at least three children including Lucille B. Sandidge, Margret C. Sandidge, and Geraldine Buckwitt Sandidge.

Nellye Lou Campbell died on 29 December 1958 in Lynchburg, Campbell County, Virginia, at age 79. She was buried in Mount Pleasant United Church Cemetery, Lynchburg, Virginia.

     Lucian Campbell was born circa 1843 in Virginia. He was the son of Lewis Sale Campbell and Eliza Dabney Brown.

     Anne Cottrell was born on 2 September 1736 in Henrico County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Richard Cottrell and Judith Smith. Anne Cottrell married John Landcaster in 1753 in Virginia. Ann's father left her one negro woman named Phillis and a negro girl in his will which was probated in April of 1792.

Anne (Cottrell) Landcaster died after April 1792.

     Martha Cottrell was born on 12 February 1740 in Henrico County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Richard Cottrell and Judith Smith. Martha's father left her a negro boy named Hampshire, a negro woman named Isbel and her child named Rachel, one bed and furniture, one saddle and ten pounds, one flax wheel and one cotton wheel, one loom and all things pertaining to it, and one third part of his household and kitchen furnitue excepting two beds. He also left her a piece of land knowd by the name of Cincocks, which contained one hundred and one acres and one half, more or less.

Martha Cottrell died in 1808 in Henrico County, Virginia.

     Mary Ann Cottrell was born on 13 May 1745 in Henrico County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Richard Cottrell and Judith Smith. Mary Ann Cottrell married Peter Clarke circa 1765. According to Mary Ann's father's will, she and her husband had several children, one of whom was named Richard Clarke. Richard's grandfather left him one Negro girl in his will in 1792 stating that the profits arising from the negro were to be equally divided between the rest of Mary's children. Mary was listed in the will as deceased. Another negro woman named Mell was left to all the children together.

Mary Ann (Cottrell) Clarke died in 1786 in Henrico County, Virginia.

     Judith Smith Cottrell was born on 27 June 1747 in Henrico County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Richard Cottrell and Judith Smith. Judith Smith Cottrell married (?) Nicholson circa 1767. Judith's father left her a negro woman and a negro girl named Sue in his will which was probabed in April 1792.

Judith Smith (Cottrell) Nicholson died after April 1792.

     Richard Cottrell was born in 1687 in St. Peter's Parish, New Kent County, Virginia. He was the son of Richard Cottrell and Mary Anderson. Richard Cottrell married Elizabeth Satter in 1704 in New Kent County, Virginia. Richard Cottrell married Anne Waddell in 1708 in New Kent County, Virginia, England.

Richard Cottrell died on 13 October 1715 in Middlesex County, Virginia.

     Elizabeth Satter was born in 1685 in St. Peter's Parish, New Kent County, Virginia, England. She married Richard Cottrell, son of Richard Cottrell and Mary Anderson, in 1704 in New Kent County, Virginia.

Elizabeth Satter died in 1706 in St. Peter's Parish, New Kent County, Virginia, England.

     Sarah Duvall was born on 20 February 1788 in Henrico County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Joseph DuVal and Elizabeth Sheppard. Sarah Duvall married William Cottrell, son of Peter Cottrell and Susannah Sheppard, on 1 December 1806 in Henrico County, Virginia. Sarah Duvall also went by the name of Sally.

Sarah (Duvall) Cottrell died in October 1820 in Henrico County, Virginia, at age 32.

     Susan Cottrell was born in 1807 in Henrico County, Virginia. She was the daughter of William Cottrell and Sarah Duvall. Susan Cottrell married Richard Dabney on 1 April 1828 in Henrico County, Virginia.

     Elizabeth Sarah Cottrell was born on 12 March 1809 in Henrico County, Virginia. She was the daughter of William Cottrell and Sarah Duvall. Elizabeth Sarah Cottrell married John Sneed on 17 April 1830 in Henrico County, Virginia.

Elizabeth Sarah Cottrell died on 3 August 1881 in Hanover County, Virginia, at age 72. She was buried in Snead Cemetery, Hanover County, Virginia.
