Bently Brown Campbell married Lucy K Bransford on 21 June 1911 in Danville, Virginia.

Bently Brown Campbell died on 16 March 1943 in Lynchburg, Campbell County, Virginia, at age 70 at 11:30 in the evening. His cause of death was chronic pulmonary tuberculosis. He was buried on 18 March 1943 in Spring Hill Cemetery, Lynchburg, Virginia.

He and Laura Evans (Taylor) Campbell lived in January 1920 at 535 Tennessee Street, Salem, Roanoke County, Virginia.

He was also known as Woody and had just graduated in Germany and was on his way home on 14 July 1906 when his father died. Thomas Moody Campbell married Annie P. Klemmen. Thomas Moody Campbell was widowed with the death of Annie P. Klemmen on 21 August 1928 in Roanoke City, Virginia. Thomas Moody Campbell married Cora Rolf. At the time of his death Thomas was a retired professor from North Western University.

Thomas Moody Campbell died on 19 November 1962 in Lynchburg, Virginia, at age 83 at his home at 30 North Princeton Circle at 1:10 in the afternoon. His cause of death was suicide by a self-inflected bullet wound to his left chest. He was cremated at Sherwood Abbey Memorial Park Cemeterey, Salem, Virginia.
