     Eugene P Maddox was born on 15 October 1919 in Virginia. He was the son of Owen Lee Maddox and Minnie E (?) Eugene P Maddox married Flora Asbury. Eugene P Maddox began military service on 20 January 1942 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, as a M/Sgt in the U.S. Army. He was also stationed at Camp Shelby, Mississippi.

Eugene P Maddox died on 25 December 1994 in Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee, at age 75.

     Owen L Maddox Jr. was born on 16 April 1918 in Virginia. He was the son of Owen Lee Maddox and Minnie E (?) Eugene attended Appalachia High School in Appalachia, Wise County, Virginia. Owen attended Appalachia High School in Appalachia, Wise County, Virginia. Owen L Maddox Jr. began military service on 29 January 1944 in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, as a Cpl. in the U.S. Army. He was also stationed in England.

Owen L Maddox Jr. died in March 1992 in Appalachia, Wise County, Virginia, at age 73.

     Flora Asbury was born in 1919 in Virginia. She married Eugene P Maddox, son of Owen Lee Maddox and Minnie E (?).

     Eliza Jane Render was born in 1855 in Kentucky. She married Perry Dudley Maddox, son of Elijah A Maddox and Nancy Stateler, in 1882 in Kentucky.

     William J Yeiser was born in 1896 in Kentucky. He married Lottie Bell Maddox, daughter of Perry Dudley Maddox and Dorthulia Lashbrook, in 1918. William J Yeiser and Lottie Bell (Maddox) Yeiser lived on 17 April 1930 at Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, at 503 23rd Street.

     Robert G Duncan was born on 16 December 1814 in Nelson County, Kentucky, the son of Robert Duncan who was among the first settlers in Nelson County. Robert moved to Yellow creek flats in Daviess County, Kentucky with his parents around 1816. A few years later they moved to the Yelvington neighborhood. A bond for the marriage of Robert G Duncan and Sarah Jane Lashbrook was signed on 16 November 1840 in Daviess County, Kentucky. Robert G Duncan married Sarah Jane Lashbrook, daughter of John Lashbrook and Ursuley Colyer, on 19 November 1840 in Daviess County, Kentucky, with the marriage perfromed by Richard Holding. This was Robert's second marriage. He had 12 children, identies unknown, by his first wife.

Robert G Duncan died on 27 February 1907 in Yelvington, Daviess County, Kentucky, at age 92 in the evening at the home of his only surviving son William Duncan. His cause of death was old age. He was buried in Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery, Scythia, Daviess County, Kentucky. His estate was probated on 19 March 1907 at Daviess County, Kentucky. His will left a house and two acres of land, together with $200 to his brother Benjamin Duncan. The rest of his property was to be divided among his children subject to certain amounts charged to each including $4000 against W.H. Duncan, $4000 against C.W. Duncan, $5200 agains Mrs. Kate Kendall, $2875 against Mrs. Kate Kendall, and $4000 against Mrs. Sarah E Head.

     Columbus G Duncan was born on 18 August 1842 in Daviess County, Kentucky. He was the son of Robert G Duncan and Sarah Jane Lashbrook. Columbus G Duncan married Margarett Head, daughter of Joseph Head, in 1866.

Columbus G Duncan died on 27 January 1880 in Daviess County, Kentucky, at age 37. His cause of death was a fevor. He was buried on 29 January 1880 in Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery, Scythia, Daviess County, Kentucky, in the same grave as his brother Robert.

     Mary Catherine Duncan was born on 27 December 1849 in Yelvington, Daviess County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Robert G Duncan and Sarah Jane Lashbrook. Mary married Thomas Sanford Kendal who was the son of Enoch Kendall and Martha Jane Berry. Thomas was born on 1 April 1834 and died on 29 June 1925. Mary and Thomas had at least two children including William Graham Kendal and Sarah Jane Kendal. After Mary’s death Thomas married Mary Jane Dunca on 13 November 1877 in Hawesville in Hancock County. After Mary’s death Thomas married Mary Jane Dunca on 13 November 1877 in Hawesville in Hancock County. She was born on 1 February 1843 in Nelson County and died on 29 September 1906 in Daviess County. Thomas and Mary Jane had one child named Mary Francis Kendal. Thomas was buried in the Enoch Kendall Cemetery in Daviess County. Mary Catherine and Mary Jane were buried in the Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Scythia in Daviess County.

Mary Catherine Duncan died on 21 April 1874 in Yelvington, Daviess County, Kentucky, at age 24.

     Sarah J Duncan was born on 20 October 1852 in Daviess County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Robert G Duncan and Sarah Jane Lashbrook. Sarah married Ivin Head on 4 March 1873 in Barnett County, Kentucky. According to census records they had at least two children including Charles Head and Mary Head.

Sarah J Duncan died on 24 March 1887 at age 34.

     William Henry Duncan was born on 1 September 1855 in Daviess County, Kentucky. He was the son of Robert G Duncan and Sarah Jane Lashbrook. William Henry Duncan married Susan Emma Head, daughter of Bigger Head, on 20 December 1883. William Henry Duncan and Susan Emma (Head) Duncan lived in April 1910 at Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, at 1323 Allen Street. William Henry Duncan and Susan Emma (Head) Duncan lived in January 1920 at Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, at 508 Daviess Street. William Henry Duncan and Susan Emma (Head) Duncan lived in April 1930 at Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, at 118 East 4th Street. William Henry Duncan was widowed with the death of Susan Emma (Head) Duncan on 8 January 1934 in Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky.

     Susan M Lashbrook was born in March 1856 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Marcus Lindsey Lashbrook and Charity Maria Colyer. Susan M Lashbrook married Wilbur Elsworth Lashbrook, son of Samuel B Lashbrook and Missouri D Prather, on 11 July 1882 in Daviess County, Tennessee. Susan M Lashbrook lived with Samuel Reed Lashbrook and Lillie Mae (McGuire) Lashbrook in May 1930 at Johnson City, Washington County, Tennessee, at 518 Markett Street.

Susan M Lashbrook died on 3 June 1932 in Eastern State Hospital, Knoxville, Tennessee, at age 76. The insane asylum was also known as East Tennessee Hospital for the Insane. It was opened in 1886 with 99 patients transferred from the Tennessee lunatic Asylum in Nashville. At the time of her death it was likely a deplorable place. In 1956 when it was visited by Governor Frank Clement he found 984 patients sleeping on floor pallets because of a lack of beds. She was buried in the Hospital Cemetery three days after her death on 6 June 1932.

     Charity Maria Colyer was born in 1830 in Tennessee. She married Marcus Lindsey Lashbrook, son of John Lashbrook and Ursuley Colyer, on 23 August 1853 in Franklin County, Tennessee. Marcus and Charity were first cousins. Cahrity was the sister of Marcus's brother James Wesley's wife Susan Colyar.
